Digital X-rays
Digital X-rays help us see the parts of your smile that aren’t visible during a regular exam. They show the roots, bone levels, and areas between teeth, making it easier to spot changes early and plan treatment clearly.
Why we use them
Not every concern is visible on the surface. Digital imaging helps identify decay between teeth, infections, changes in bone support, and other issues that may not cause symptoms yet. Early detection helps keep treatment simpler and more comfortable.
What to expect
The process is quick and comfortable. We position a small sensor in your mouth, take the images, and review them with you on-screen so you can see exactly what we’re seeing.
If you are using CDCP, we’ll explain which images are covered and when they are recommended.
We offer direct billing to insurance providers and review any out-of-pocket costs before moving forward.
